When will I get my order?

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and lowers our carbon footprint, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Orders typically take 2-4 Business days to ship.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide, should you have trouble with your purchase please email us directly at hello@missingpiececollective.com and we can assist in processing your order

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Missing Piece Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@missingpiececollective.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event of an assumed lost or stolen package, please email us at hello@missingpiececollective.com Please include your order number and shipping address – our policy is to always submit claims with our carrier for an investigation, in many cases the packages may have been mis-scanned or mis-delivered. In the event once the investigation is complete and the package is unfound, we will offer a replacement of the item or a store credit to be used towards a future purchase. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@missingpiececollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
